I’m a software developer who takes products from zero to production — starting with an initial idea, validating the business model, building the product, launching it, and getting real users.

For the past 6–7 years, I’ve worked end-to-end on MVPs and production platforms: shaping concepts, turning them into scalable architectures, and shipping products that operate under real-world constraints. I don’t just build features — I build the thinking behind them.

My main project is SISU Fitness Club, a live platform for gyms and coaches that I designed, built, and continue to maintain and grow. It’s a React + Node.js + MongoDB platform serving real athletes and coaches, with personalized routines, progress tracking, scheduling, and membership management. The platform currently supports 30+ active athletes, and its architecture has improved performance by 25% while increasing development speed by 40% through clear modular boundaries, code splitting, and automation.

As lead full-stack engineer, I’ve worked deeply on secure and reliable systems: environment-aware API gateways, CORS allow lists, CSP/HSTS policies, rate limiting, request sanitization, health checks, and resilient background jobs for billing cycles and notifications. I’ve deployed and operated APIs and SPAs as separate services, integrated third-party systems like OpenAI, Cloudinary, Google and Spotify OAuth, and handled real production incidents — not just happy-path demos.

My work is guided by four pillars: discipline, passion, efficiency, and structure.

Discipline comes from years in sports — from gym training and MMA to currently training for an Ironman — and it shows in how I work: I do what I say I’ll do, I show up consistently, and I stay committed when things get challenging.

Passion keeps me curious and learning, especially around new technologies and AI — not because they’re trends, but because I enjoy understanding how systems work and how they create real value.

I believe in efficiency over wasted effort and impact over time spent. Whether something takes days or months matters less than whether it actually works and moves the product forward.

Structure ties everything together: clear communication, clear agreements, and deadlines that are actually met. That structure builds trust and allows teams and products to move fast without chaos.

I’m fluent in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of Swedish, comfortable working across cultures, and focused on building practical, scalable products ready for the real world — not just good-looking demos.
